Which of these amps is best??

i cant seem to decide on getting a Rockford Fosgate p1000-2 amp or their t20001bd amp... both seem to put out the same actual watts at 4 ohm... the p1000-2 is rated at 1000 @ 4 ohms but actual is 1254 @ 4 ohms.... the t20001bd is rated at 750 watts @ 4 ohms but actual is 1243 watts @ 4 ohms. on if i buy it off ebay the t20001bd has only about a $100 difference. i got 2x 12in dual 4ohm vc kicker L5's both have 600rms so i need 1200 watts at 4 ohms... i want 4 ohms because its either 4 or 1... and i have had terrible luck at runnin at 1 ohm so i was just wondering if someone could tell me which is better for my subs... the p1000-2 or the t20001bd.

i'd take the 2001bd myself.

t20001bd if you have the money! this way you will have headroom for feature installation's
