The rear end on neither looks very good in my opinion. I like the lines of the second more.

It's a kit for the same car, but it's not a "body kit" in the traditional sort. It's more a "re-body kit". It replaces the majority of all the OEM body panels, not just the bumpers and side skirts like most. Essentially, you keep the chassis and re-do the entire body.
