Single battery would be MUCH easier to install as I have very little room to work with.get 2 or 3 600'sand plan on a fourth they will be good to use
Check your resistances @ all of your amps and battery.Haven't checked ground resistances. Sub amp is grounded to the frame in back, bare metal covered with undercoating. 1/0 Stinger wire to sub amp.
So a single HC800 won't be enough with the SVR up front? Want to do this right, but don't want to overspend if I don't have to. And also the "making it fit" issue as I have 2 15's in the trunk of an Altima and there's not much room left.
I get dimming even when driving down the highway when I crank it up LOUD
I would also check your shocks, you look like your going down the road I went, I had to put air shocks on my truck, because of all the weight from 4 L7's and one YT batt. That sagg is going to get worst over time!!! Keep an eye on it!Single battery would be MUCH easier to install as I have very little room to work with.
Was thinking a single HC1400 as the 2400 seems like overkill and the weight is 70#'s. Car is sagging in the back already with 150#'s of subs/boxes in the trunk.
Is it worth the time/$$$ to get the HC1400, meaning will that be enough to eliminate the dimming? Otherwise I'll probably just live with it....

You're going to hate yourself when you install 2 additional batteries - you still have dimming, and the problem is with your current setup.
Yes. Check every grounding point.Got a DMM, so what do I need to do to check ground resistance for each amp, BIG 3, etc...?
Car has struts on the rear, so I may look into a spacer to raise it back up.
