Which is better?

I am new to car audio stuff and I am going to buy 1 of these subs. I like the imaged dynamics id12v3.2 and the type r. Im looking for a lil spl and sql. My budget is around 250 for subs and amp probably mono amp. Which do yall suggest i buy or any other subs yall think i should get.
