depends on what you're lookin for all good headunits, but personally if it isnt a tv i wouldnt get pioneer. if no amp id run the kenwood though.

but it dont tell me what i want to know like i used to have a kenwood but it skipped so i got a dvd player cause they dont skip but im tired of the flip out

IMO you usually get a lot for your money with kenwood. None of my Kenwood have had skipping issues.

use an Ipod. I own an Alpine CDA-9887 and a Kenwood Excelon KDC-X693, I prefer the Kenwood. You get much more for the money. I really like the Alpine's interface though, it's really easy to navigate.

I have that Pioneer and I really like it. When I have some extra money I'm considering switching to one of the alpine all digital HU's because I only use my ipod or a flash drive now.
