Which factory amp would you guys use monsoon/GM-1067

Hello I'm new here and I'm loving the site.

Don't laugh at my setup lol but I tell you what it sounds good for what I have.

I have a 2000 Buick century with concert sound 3. I have installed all 8 factory speakers with soundstream tarantula series speakers. I have been using the factory monsoon amp/HU and sounds great. Has much clarity and power.

My question is I have come across another factor am that I could wire in place of the monsoon amp with no problems. I don't know much about the power ratings of these. I believe they are close to the same power.

Which one is better quality.?

So, keep monsoon 09365614 or swap for pioneer GM-1067.

i got the stock pioneer setup in my car now, [05 cobalt] sounds great, got it on kill switch so i can cut it off when i turn on my subs... it powers the little 10in stock sub great... [ don't know if its the same one your talkin about though ]

Thanks as I was discussing on another forum. The monsoon and pioneer are close to the same. With the Soundstream speakers it sounds great. I'm talking about a factory head unit and monsoon amp makes the sound qality amazing. It's hard to believe it sound so crisp and clear with great mid just enough bass to be satisfying tho.

I wish there was a way and I'm sure there is with you guys help to integrate both amps in this set up. The problem i see is both of these amps crossover each speaker frequency internally. Just a thought. Thanks for the information guys thanks
