Which exhaust for 01 Ranger

I want an exhaust system, including the cat/cats which will most likely have to be purchased separately. I want something with a deep tone, not insane lound, and high performance. I was going to go with Magnaflow, but wanted to see if anyone had any other options or have seen any Rangers with any "good" exhausts. Is stainless worth it. My friend has a Magnaflow stainless we just put on his Accord a few months ago, and there is surface rust on it already.
