Which config. is best for hooking up relay (PIC)

Amp1 1500W at 4ohms Amp2 200W at 4 ohms

Either number 2 or 3. Depending on what type of relay you get, you can pass a ton of current through them. Standard 12VDC 5-pin Bosch relays are usually rated for 40A and each of those devices will draw only a few hundred milliamps (i.e. less than 1A) so yeah you could easily wire all three of them to the relay or just two and run the third off the ACC wire.

 
Yes it will the 12v Bosch Relays thanks alot for your input man, since we are on the topic, can I wire those 2 amps and 2 HID 35W kits off the same relay or should I get a second relay just for the HIDs?

 
HID's as in headlights? I would use a different relay just for cleanliness. As far as power goes it would work fine but those relays are less than $2 on partsexpress.com and running a bajillion wires off 1 relay is going to be messy. Bottomline, yes it would work but I personally wouldn't do it.
