My pick would be the Hertz. I have the HSK165 set in my Focus and for the price I have not heard or owned anything that can do what they can do for the price I paid.
If they have a weakness it would be they could have a little more authority in the midbass region. They will run down to 63hz @18db no problem but they could use a little more punch down low.
Midrange is very good, detailed and acurate.
I run mine active up to 6k without cone break-up.
They are a impressive set of comps for the price.
I was able to pick up a set for $235.00 with a hook-up.
