So i am looking into replacing my stock battery in my 2007 sonata, which has a 110 amp alternator stock. Since i can't really replace my alternator and have already done the big 3 in 1/0 wiring the next thing i can do is get a new bat.
Right now i am running 1kw but plan on adding another 600 watts when i buy my comp's and rear fill. But before i do any of that i want to replace the bat. I was reading about batteries and am wondering if you guys have any recommendations to replace my stock bat. I do not plan on buying two i just want to keep it simple with one very nice "top of the line" battery.
Questions:
1. Will the Yellow Top Optima Battery G31 work? i have heard this one be called out a few times on these forums, but will it work with my car, what i mean is will it fit? If not can you recommend any other yellow top battery for my car, meaning the model number?
2. If you know of any places to buy these batteries new, can you give me a link to where i can buy the batteries?
3. Will this battery terminal work with the battery? I plan on upgrading the wire from the bat to amps to 1/0.
