Which amps are the better choice?

I have narrowed my choices down to two different subs that are in my price range. I'm getting two of whichever to power my two L7 's. I'm not sure weather to get 2 kicker 600.1 or 2 hifonics brutus 1200.1. I know hifonics doesnt do as said so I'm assuming I'd get around 1000 watts from each. Even though I'd get less with the kicker amps I know they're better quality. Which amps should I go with???

Or one Kicker ZX1500.1 and run them both off it alot easier to wire and such.

How would i go about wiring up a 1 channel amp to two subs? And is that brand new?
