ZX750.1 vs. ZX1000.1

I want to get the 1000.1 for the ME but costs $60 more and dont think I will I be able to hear a significant difference in output. I also might not have to worry about dimming either if I went with the 750.1... If I had two exact same setups and just swapped out the amps would the sub sound louder? There is about a 300w diff. between them, how many more watts would one need to acually hear a diff. in output? Would u say I would be satisfied with a 750.1 since it should put out a solid 800-900w? The extra power would give you another dB or so if your sub can take it, and that would be just barely perceptible.

Best Buy is like cost + 5%, I'd bet that CC is close to the same.

What I said is fact. It takes double the power to get another 3 dB, so you'd have to get a 1600 watt amp to do that, assuming the sub didn't go into power compression, so 300 more watts can't give you more than about a 1-1.5 dB increase, and anything less than 1dB is inaudible to the human ear.
