Which Amp???

I am about to install a new system next week and need some advice. I am good with running wires and installing hu's but I need help with amp selection on my mids and highs.

This is what I have (or should be arriving this week:

Kenwood 819 HU

MA HS502 Amp for subs

Probox with 12's

Polk Audio MMC6500 Components (front)

Infinity Kappas 6012i (rear)

PAC SWI-X UNIVERSAL STEERING WHEEL RADIO INTERFACE

I am also looking for the bluetooth module for this deck at a decent price. I see the ones on ebay but am not in a hurry to get one until the one at the right price comes along.

I need to know what amp I should use for the Polk's and Infinity's. Plus anything else you can suggest for this system. It will be going in a 05 Dodge SRT-10 Ram Quad cab.
