best bang for the buck out right not that lots of people off this site actually own is the mb qaurt dsc2000 can be found for like 300 shipped on ebay. has benched doing 1700+ @2ohms...very nice amp

you need that 2k at either .5ohm, or 2ohm. Id say you might have better luck find one at .5.

I say find a 2000rms @ 2 ohm amp. Maybe an AP?

That Ap3000d is only 2ohm stable I believe. Essentially, that would send 1500 to each sub. But with box rise, voltage loss etc, and being very careful with amp settings, I dont see why that cant be an option

Its essentially a situation in which the impedence will raise. Say for instance you are "wired" to 2ohm, well you will get impedence rise and maybe it goes to 2.8ohm, or 3ohm for example. You are no longer pushing the 2ohm rating. I dont know the scientific shitt about it, but do a forum search, and it should pop up
