Which amp for these type r's?

I decided to go with a deh-p6800mp deck

http://www.millionbuy.com/apnspr69lp.html for my rears. which run at 55rms and peak power at 275watts impedence is 4 ohms

these will be my fronts - http://www.millionbuy.com/apnspr13c.html 90w rms and 270watt peak power. 3.6ohm impedence

how powerful of an amp do i need to run these speakers? DO i add all the watts up to try to equal it to the total wattage of the amp or do i add the rms up to get it to equal the 4 or 2 ohm load? and which would these run at 2 ohms or 4 ohms?

also back on main topic. Would a 400 watt 4 channel amp be suitable for or is that to much ?
