Thinking of trading for this amp...is it any good?

I am trying to sell/trade a video projector that I have. I paid $500 and it's in perfect condition with less than 20% of its bulb hours used. Someone offered to trade me this amp:

Has anyone ever used this amp before? I like the features that it has, and it is a perfect power level for my sub plus I can upgrade my sub later if I want.

I can't find a whole lot about this amp, but have found prices varying from $450 to $800. So as long as it is a decent amp, it is well worth my projector trade. It looks professional too, haha. Rack mount. Yummy.

No lol. This guy in my class knows im somewhat into car audio and showed me his new AudioBahn he got. All i said was sweet, bet it bumps, lol.

Okay, I'll take your advice, thanks. I know a good amount about audio and a lot of technical stuff. But I am still just getting into car audio, so I don't know the reputations of all of the brands.
