Which amp for MB Quart PWE 252/254??

I'm looking at getting 2 MB Quart PWE 252/254 subs. I would like a phoenix gold, fosgate or genesis amp.

Here's the stats for the sub:

Power Range 400 Watts

No one familiar with these subs/has any advice on which amp. Brand doesn't really matter as long as it's a good quality amp.

will the Soundstream Van Gogh VGA800.2 amp work? It's rated 400wx2 @ 2ohms. Or do I need 400wx 2 @ 4 ohms?
