Where to mount Tweeter

Ok so on my 2002 Camaro I need to figure out where to mount my tweeters. I have the choice of either

mounting by my Mids but I've heard that it doesn't sound good since its so low and the passengers legs block the sound waves.

I can mount in a triangular piece near my mirror like this

Or I can get two new a pillars and drill the holes to mount them facing my windshield.

What do you guys think would best suite my car?

not facing the windshield. apillars are fine but you need a mount to face them at you.

sail panels (triangle piece) is lower than we usually like but a very common location that is very easy to make work. ideally, they would be aimed at the rear glass. either center or opposite corners. aiming is best tested before decided on. velcro makes for easy testing. put some in each location to consider, have enough wire to reach all locations, and then just listen for few hours. it will even hold long enough for you to drive around for a few days experimenting with locations and aiming.
