where to mount EQ/Crossover in trunk

well i just got my new subs installed this evening and am trying to decide on how to layout the trunk.

i have 3 amps a huge equalizer and an electronic crossover.

i am trying to decide between 2 different locations and i have crappy pictures to help illustrate.

option 1: mount the eq and crossover ontop of eachother right between the subs.

option 2: mount the crossover on one side of the trunk and the equalizer on the other as shown in my crappy pics.

CAN YOU PUT THE AMPS under the rear deak then put hte eq/xovers on the side so you have a huge trunk still?

i would hide it all... if u wanna show it off build a false floor or wall and put it all behind plexi... it will look much cleaner and will be protected

I like the rack idea to surround/cover the amps. You could do a hinged rack and put eq and xo on top, amps on bottom. just a thought.

Well my bank account is down to about 5.xx so this is getting put on hold till i get paid again.

it is really annoying to try to wire all these different things without having plenty of power and speaker wire to work with //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif :furious:

so i am going to order a bunch of speaker and power wire when i get paid and wire everything correctly and neatly.

on a different note my rear deck cover moves like no other with a 20hz tone //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

the entire backside of my car moves which isnt nessecarily a good thing.

now i just need some midrange drivers
