where to mount amp

i have a toyota matrix and i was wondering where i shuld mount my amp. can i mount it to the box? anyone have suggestions?

on the box, back of back seat, on the floor board, on a side panel, under a seat... ect

anywhere u can find enough room for it

I suggest you mount under a seat, just make sure the heat vent blows past it, not onto it.....

i drilled holes in the walls of the van to mount black shelving rails, then mounted both amps on those...ended up looking very nice.

Both seats already had radios installed under them, so I couldn't use those for anything else.

Just make sure that the area isn't too confined. The amp will need some airflow.

I folded out the back of my back seat and drilled holes into the framework behind it. Then used about 10 different types of bots and such to hold it down.
