Where to go on vacation?

My friends and I are tired of going to myrtle beach all the time, and we are looking for another vacation spot for this summer. And we are too young to go on a cruise, so thats out of the question. And it must be a beach...

We are thinking we wan to go to Florida, but we dont know where in Florida we would like best.

We have thought about Panama City, Daytona, and Key West as possibilities, but we don't know for sure?

Where in Florida would you recommend? And any other recommendations are welcome as well...

I would say Orlando, maybe the hard rock hotel or somewhere on international drive.

If you are all over 21 you can do a cruise, me and the wife are doing a 4 days Bahamas cruise out of Florida in May and it was only $289/pp

I have had fun on cruises since I was young as hell (around 13). Also, I hooked a young friend of mine (13) up with some **** on the last cruise I went on . So youll still have a ball.

In Florida. Ill say Orlando, shit is getting packed around this time. Will be more packed in summer though(but you said you wanted a beach). When is your vacation? People seem to like tampa, thought I wouldnt go there unless I was 21. My cousins really like Miami. Daytona is ok, Ive only been twice, it seemed hard to find hot spots there. Virginia beach is decent. Ocean city is pretty fun.

I'd avoid the east coast. The Gulf Coast of FL is much nicer in my opinion and I've been to both. Clearwater Beach, Ft. Myers, Key West...all great choices...

It would probably have to be in May, probably the week of the 19-26

I'm generalizing though since I've only been to Cocoa and other random smaller beaches on the east coast...

Gulf coast has that paradisal powder white beaches, east coast doesnt. They're grey and ugly...not to mention, when was the last time you saw any FL East coast beach ranked one of the top in the world? Clearwater Beach, specifically, Sand Key Park and Fort Desoto in Sarasota, FL. I live near Saint Pete Beach and would also suggest it. Its a 15 min drive from Ybor city, with some of the best clubs. 15 min away from 2 of the most reknown strip clubs in the nation. Great Beach, great women on the beach, and just a pleasant area...

How about the Outer Banks or Atlantic Beach/Emerald Isle...I mean you are in NC. I hate VA Beach the couple times I have been. Key West is definatly fun, and worth the trip. Charleston, SC is one of my favorite spots to go have a good time.
