No they never answer emails, they never answer their phone. The products are not out yet, the type-r is better than the SX, Dave is mean, they have horrible customer service, they don't know how to ship packages...

thanks for the advice but sounds like alot more trouble than its worth. They don't even offer any products for sale on thier site. I find that a little odd, think i may just go with something else. unless someone has one or two 10's for sale.
