depending on what size you need, home depo, lowes and places like that might have somthing you could use in the ele. department.

if you need somthing big you might try an electricial supply house. they will have stuff for comercial type buldings where they use very large wire.

go to an industrial electrical supply store. and get the aluminum strips. its not that hard to make them. u cant mess it up its almost fool proof.

Holy christ, I was going to get a 1 footer buss bar.

As for drilling them... Tap and die set is what you need. Easy peasy.

Flatten out some copper pipe.

then just drill holes in the pipe every few inches and use a nut+bolt to hold wire on.
