Where to get 11-ply birch?

Im planning on making a nice, stained box for my home stereo, but the question is, where can i get 11-ply birch?

We have a home depot about 10 minutes away, and a lowes about 30 minutes away, along with various small wood places that charge an arm and a leg.

Anyone have some pointers before i go driving around searching tomorrow?

Homedepo had Birch for 46 dollars for 4x8 I want to make some Frugel Horns this saturday or next. Cool to see some one else on the same page =)

HD has 11-ply birch, but they also have 7-ply, so just make sure you get the right stuff. Or build it out of 3/4" MDF and use 1/4" wood as a veneer, so you can stain it...

You know thats not a bad Idea. Be way cheaper and still look as nice. The 1/4 stuff was like 6 bucks for 4x8. Hrmmmm This should be interesting.

I want to make a set like this. Only 2.5 feet tall not allot of wood needed. I can use my current 6 1/2 speakers I have now.

Well after Finding these might go for this instead. i like the port in front idea.
