TPI makes FLUKE... TPI is cheaper. same stuff. better off getten a TPI.

all of them are pretty good... i got the the 153. i'd get the 153. i think you can get one for $80.00.

unfortunently, i bought my TPI from my car audio school thinking i was getten a good deal. i paid $150 for mine. the sorriest car audio school in the world is in houston,tx....
