Where Should I Keep Sub Level At?

I have an Alpine 9884 head unit.

My EQ is the following:

Bass: 0

Bass bandwidth: 1

Bass frequency: 80hz

Treble: 5

Treble frequency: 12.5khz

Loudness: on

HPF: off

Sub level: 15

Should I keep it at 15 or should I lower it? And does my set up sound good? I mainly listen to rap & r&B and I want the bass to hit hard. Thanks...

I usually keep it at +15 and turn it down to however i like it.

set gains w/ it at 15, then bring down to match your fronts. bing bang boom
