Where is the stock Bose amp in a Tahoe?

[98gtx 10+ year member]

I'm looking for my stock amps in a 2003 Tahoe. It has the Bose system and I'm looking for a signal for my LOC.

I thought I read once that they were under the middle console in the front. Just wanted to ask first prior to taking stuff apart.
