me 2, most companies its a pain in the *** to get stuff covered under warrentee, unless you know somebody. Since bob was a friend of mine he always did me right. Personally as a regular consumer I would buy a Sundown amp because Jake eats alot of bad amps under warrantee that most companies wouldn't ( stuff caused by user error )
It's really a gamble, you can get a cheaper amp like a hifonics/AB/others and if you have a problem you pay then to get it fixed, maybe you'll have a problem, maybe you wont. Or you can pay a little extra up front for piece of mind.

ive talked with the ppl at CIA numerous times and every time they just seem like they are full of BS, not to mention all the horror stories i have heard

but it shouldnt be a big deal if Bob can just call them and take care of it

as far as amp repair, DB-r is my choice

also: sundown's customer service is FTMFW

yea its based in my area. i was in the headquarters the other day....its a whole in the wall lol. boxes and speakers laying everywhere. they offered me 2 HD 12s for $700 and also a 400.1 for $1200 both new. should i go for it???

$1200 for a 400.1 is a little expensive I think

meh... sundown,Atomic, DD are all in the same range as the AB... maybe a little more

Luck of the draw, amps are identical lol, AB sometimes may push for the larger amps which are usually exponentially unstable and untested

the new Hd's output is amazing. i know people that have 3000 watts 2 each sub and have had no problem
