where is my high bass :|?

im running type x 12" sealed with a 1000.1 pdx

the one thing i notice is the higher bass notes it doesnt really pick up on

but as soon as it hits a low note it will rumble my car.

i want my high bass how do i fix this? or do i have to buy midbass speakers

whats your lowpass filter set at ? should be around 80 hz or so

ive been messing around wit that to be honest

i was testing between 70-100 but i didnt really notice any diffreneces

if i play electronic music like house it wont be punching that hard either

well on the amp theree is only gain and lp

there is no highpass

seems to be the easiest and most logical. Subs can't hit on notes they don't even receive.

see i dunno if its just i neeed to get midbass or my amp isnt tuned , but the low end notes get WAYYYY louder , i want that higher end bass too

its been just over 75 till now

its an alpine amp, it doesnt have bass boost

as far as the gain its not tuned correctly, i didnt have wav to tune it but its just under 3/4 up
