You know what is so wierd? Over where I live, the average house is about 700,000 for about 2400+sq ft. We sold out old house of 2,500 sq ft for 750,000.

But you drive an hour or so away, and it is half that. Its about 20$ a sq ft.

You drive 3 hours and you can buy a mansion for 400,000.

Our house has 2 garages, 1 shop, 4 full bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, remodeled kitchen, remodeled basement, a huge backyard, and it's 2 stories. Plus the outside has been redone. It's only worth about $120,000. South dakota is cheap.

Yup I know. Thats what Im saying. We can have the luxuries of what you have for 1/10th of the cost. Who cares what's over there - I can get it off the net. Everyone should move here.

No offense,but you dont have half the resources we have.

I can drive 3 hours and go to the snow.

I can drive an hour and go to the beach

I can drive 45 minutes and get to almost 3 different race tracks.

I can drive 20 minutes and get to over 9 different towns.

Theres more people here,more things to do.

I can drive an hour and go see an opera,go to the city.

You cant get girls like this off the net... At least not see them in person.

I can drive 7 hrs and get to the desert.

Everything is within a days drive.

that what my house goes for.. and its a split level 3 bedroom 2 bath, 2 car garage, finished basment (2 rooms).. and only 1 acrea... i feel cheated....

Thats about the same as my house, goes for about 160,000 here. Only reason it goes for more is because its in a suburb.

I drive a garbage truck for Nation Serv-All.

I don't have a set pay each week...but bring home on average about $1300.00 a week, after insurance, taxes, and 401K.
