Where do you work?

a masters will put you at 40k a year huh,****n i make 50k plus another 10k in overtime as a letter carrier, why go to school for eleventyseven years to make 40k
I'm in this situation right now. I did not graduate college (yet) and I am not really working towards it at the moment. I make about 60k a year. My buddy graudated from Devry with a CIS degree and makes about half of that.

I think the thing to remember (and why college is important) is that there is going to be a cap where an un-educated person will be able to make money at and a educated person will most likely go well beyond that.

So short term we get the cash, but long term they are more hireable and also more likely to make more money, get better promotions. Not always, of course.

I'm a transporter at a local hospital around here. Have been for 2 years now. I currently make $10 an hour which isn't bad for around here. I was wanting to get into the x-ray program(to eventually specialize in ct/ultrasound) but after seeing how difficult it is to actually make the grades, get a good grade on the exam, get an interview, pass the interview, be one of the 20 people accepted I've come to the conclusion I probably won't make it.
I might just go back to IT, I have 44 hours in that.
Kid I know just got into the x ray program at a hospital in NYC, said he likes it making more $ than he was before.

I am a plant manager for a liquid waste removal/recycling company. I destroy thousands of gallons of POP, Booze and Beer each week. Then we turn a profit selling the recyclable packaging materials.
Destroying beer should be a crime //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif ha ha ha

not to jack your thread but none of you actually know this but my first cousin is leann rimes and i could probably convince her to give me a cool job while shes on tour all over the world in the future. and i was wondering if anybody would have an idea what a person could make setting up equipment for concerts and sh!t like that.
Why not ask Leann Rimes? I'm sure she could get you the correct information.

Oh tell her I think she is starting to look too old. I liked the way she looked 5 years ago.

I.T. at a local software company, work with 2 other dudes, we admin a commercial ASP solution of ~40 production servers.

It's actually a pretty interesting situation. Can be a ***** when something blows at 4am on a Tuesday, but it keeps me on my toes and so far every review every year has made me 5k richer.

I know a guy who does that too, but he's the homeless guy down the street.
This is on a much larger scale //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
I process on average 12 truckloads of beverages each day. Pouring 40-60,000 gallons of liquid into the treatment ponds/day.

Luckily only a small percentage is alcohol and beer, so I don't cry too much.

My cousin is Eminem. We are like two wiggers in a pod. I was suppose to play Chedda Bob in the movie 8 mile, but they said I didn't look the part //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
