During school i work at a place called Kiana Lodge. Im waitstaff for big parties like business meetings, auctions, and mainly weddings and receptions. Pay, with tips, is around 11 an hour, so not bad for a kid still in high school, and of course, hot babez at the weddings.

During the summer i do commercial fishing out of Bristol Bay, Alaska (just above the aleutian chain). Make pretty decent money doing that. Used to live there, so i got plenty of family to work with. Work consists about a month a year, and i can make anywhere from 6-12 grand.

oh, and by the way, does anyone know what the requirements are to work in circuit city's or best buy's car aduio shop? I know you have to be at least 18, but what else?

i work full time at Windsor Plywood...im a "yard guy." put away inventory, deal with customers, tell ppl what to do...try to wreck the stores forklift, that kinda stuff. its a lame job but whatever, its just a filler until i go to college this fall

mecp certified. have your own tools.

I know best buy want you to be mecp certified, but not circuit city. if you have had installation experience you could get started under someone for a while. But the circuit city here likes to promote within. But none of them are mecp certified.

i just got a job as a informations systems computer operator for mdv/nash finch company. nash finch is a food distributor for a lot of the military bases around the united states, and a lot of bases in japan and europe. freshman in college, $14/hr. not bad for 18yr old, and getting great experience for my engineering degree. any of you naval guys, if you see a mdv/nash finch or coastal pacific truck delivering into your base, i probably processed that order. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
