I'd go with the 15" MT, keep the 2500d. If you can fit 2 12" L7's I'm betting you can fit a single 15.

Try something a little different. Start all over again. Get you a Pyramid 400w amp and a pair of Funky Pups in a pawn shop pre-fab box. This way you will save money and the upgrades will be much easier.
