Where did I screw up!!!!!!!!!

yeah.........my whole system and truck is screwed up now..........the speakers put out noise when the windows go down........horrible whinning(prolly alternator)..........ampp goes into protect every few seconds.......when the amp does work the speakers cut in and out......can;t turn the gain past half..........the subs are fawked up now they wont play right......im just gonna take it to a shop im done messing wit it.

Now the amp turns on for a slip second then goes into protect.......u think its a bad ground? My other amp is working with a ground right next to my other one.

yeah... i'd check that first

make sure its bolted tightly to a clean, bare metal on the chassis... might just be loose, might not be gettin a good enough connection to support the higher current draw when u turn up the gain

Nope bad ground just a fawkin bad amp. What are the chances that I get a bad amp I mean really...........send it back and have no speakers for another month i guess.

eh i guess it can happen... i just got a brand new alpine deck that worked for about 3 weeks... rollin w/ the stock deck for a while
