where can I get my xtant 1001.x fixed :(?

Xtant never answers their phone..... This is a beast of an amp. And it powers up, but I have to press on it to actually get off protect mode then it works fine. The whole board has to be pressed down then it begins to work //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif...

Where can I get it fixed?
