where can I find this custom bezel?

I saw a custom bezel for nbs (99-06 silverados) that has "silverado" engraved above where the cd player is. If anyone knows where I can get one, please post a link!! Thanks in advance guys!

there was a guy on ls1tech.com selling them, they usually had f-body names but i think he could make it say anything. Price was like 50-100 if i remember right
