Man.. I can't find a pic for the life of me. I asked the guy how he did the lexan thing with his w7 awhile ago and here is what he sent me, just in case you wanted to do the w7 with a black mirror finish

"I took the sub to a glass/plastics cutter (small place that does custom window cuts etc...) theny cut a circle and a "pole" that was then glued to the center of the circle...they did the measuring I picked out the stock (1/8" mirror balck lexan w/ 1/2" poly carbonate for the "pole") pull off the old dustcap glue the pole to the center of the "w" cone where the cap attaches and then glue the edge of the circle where the cap attached by the surround!"
