When theSubs hit speakers stop

do you have a dmm? i'd lean towards the install more than electrical. electrical issues would affect your whole vehicle, not just the stereo. how do you have the rear battery wired?

bump does it at higher volumes. I'm kind of at a lost so anything would help. I play music at my normal level and then turn it up sometimes to just see how it reacts and it will do it.

What kind of car is it?

If its an older car, most of the older cars you canunplug the battery while the car is running and if the altenator keeps the car running then its fine. But some of the newer cars shut down becuase there is so much electrical crap inside.

Thats all i can offer for help, I would check the alt first get a volt meter going to it.

Well took a multi meter to the alternator works fine. Front battery is good. But the back battery only shows around 6 volts or so. I think i need to upgrade my battery isolator to a higher #. It is at 80 and I think i need a bigger one.
