I have a set of Boston Pro 60s in the fronts which are 3 ohm

In the back I have Polk 4 ohm speakers

I want to run a 4 channel amp to all 4 speakers

The amp says it will give 75x4 at 4 ohms or 100x4 at 2 ohms

Can speakers be run at 2 ohms or is this just for subs?

Since the Bostons are 3 ohms what impact does this have?

The only way for your amp to run at 2 ohms is to have speakers rated at 2 or run 2 sets of speakers up front. If you put 2 4ohm speakers in each door and ran them in parallel, the amp would see a 2 ohm load. Being that the Bostons are 3, the amp will put out slightly more power to them, somewhere between the 4 an 2 ohm rating.

No need to bypass the amp. Most use an LOC that takes the full amped signal and turns it into a flat RCA level signal. Here is the newest I have...

It would also be easy to add an equalizer to have individual rca inputs for all of the channels. A decent one can be had for less than $40...

Pretty much. It's just a nice kit. A solo rite Scarlett 2i2, XLR mic and a loop back cable are my next purchases so I can get accurate phase...
