My all-time absolute fave movie would have to be To Kill A Mockingbird based on the novel of the same name by Harper Lee.

The book was required reading for me in 8th grade and quickly became my all-time favorite work of fiction.

Because I am so fond of the book the movie, naturally, became well-loved as well.

When the AFI came out with their list of Top 100 Movie Heroes and Top 100 Movie Villians of All Time the #1 rated Movie Hero of All Time (according to them) was Atticus Finch as played by Gregory Peck in To Kill A Mockingbird.
