I dunno....hard to pick a favourite solo. I guess I've never put much weight in guitar solos because they don't mean shit all to me....I mean, they can demonstrate good talent, but if the rest of the guitar work in the song is subpar, of what value is the solo?

If I were to pick some....maybe Hammet in One, Clapton for Crossroads, Gilmour for Comfortably Numb, Eddie Van Halen in Eruption, Corgan in Cherub Rock, and Vai in For the Love of God.
