What's your choice for 6x9?

I recently discovered my Infinity Kappa 6x9's are having their cone frozen in the cold and producing less than stellar sound quality. Also, while investigating what was causing bad quality, I managed to almost rip a dome tweeter's cap off of one of the speakers.

That being said, what is a good quality 6x9 to run off of HU (Kenwood Excelon X998) without an amp? Looking to spend

Use some of that money and buy an amp someone here was selling an excelon 4 channel for like 140 bones
