Whats wrong with this amp? (pics)

Like was stated before it's not really worth the money to repair it unless you just want the experience of repairing it. You have some blown power supply fets there. There is also a good chance the outputs are dead too even though they look totally fine. Output fets don't normally blow apart when they die. Could very well likely cost more than the amp is worth to repair.
