RE's service is great.

just call them and they will definitely provide some service for you.

I do agree that the emails do tend to take forever to get answered.

About 4 hours later not only did they tell me how many amps it drew at 2 ohms but they gave me about 4 links too were I could get 220 amp alternators. IMO RE sucks *** at emails I asked them about the port area of an xxx12 about 3 weeks ago and still nothing... If I based my oppinion of RE on their customer service alone, they would be the Pyle of car audio. RE doesn't have the same number office employees as a very large company. Nor can they afford to.

Just call. It's so much easier.

I've emailed them three times over the course of the last 6 months. Never heard a word from them. Never tried calling so can't say anything about that. I have chosen to go with other products though.
