What's wrong with my stereo???

So I put in my car stereo and speakers about 2 or 3 weeks ago and everything was working fine or atleast I thought. So I'm locked out the house and decided to just sit in my car and listen to music. I lay the seat back and don't hear anything but static coming through the back speakers. I know this is probably from the faulty wiring job I did but with the volume I play my music it drowns it out. So I was messing with my stereo thinking that I left the fader all the way to the front because I had only mounting brackets for the a pair of speakers and decided to put them in the front but it was centered at 0. I tried shifting the sound to the back but it stayed at zero. I know it can't be the speakers because I haven't put them through as much as a beating as the fronts. And when I put the in I tested them to see if they worked and they worked just as good as the front two. All that plays through them is static from a poor ground I guess. I have a pioneer mvh-560bt and 4 kicker dsc65 coaxials if that helps.

I'm talking about the ground wire. I feel like I did a pretty good job put together the wires. But maybe this wire is a little messed up. And could this be because of a poor ground wire?
