What's Wrong With my Epicenter?

Hello dudes I just bought the Epicenter by Audio Control, I buy it from a friend and is used not new, the thing is that the lights of the epicenter doesn't flash, what could be the problem here? the gains are in low level, I didn't used the max vol but it doesn't flash nothing please Help Me

its giving you a sign to not use it n ruin your equipment.

Ignore the above post.

If it doesn't light up that means the bass-restoration circuit isn't active. Did you get the control knob also? Refer to the attached manual.

Yeah man I have the control knob, and the epicenter works well its only the lights doesnt turn on and flash
