Whats Wrong with my Amp?(sound clip) included

All of the sudden my amp took a shit on me and whatever I hooked up to it just made this noise

Well when my amp powers up it just makes soft ticking noise. Then what ever I hook up to it makes the same ticking noise. Its the strangest thing.

Ive tried so much shit to fix it. I grounded it in a million places switched out the rca's fuses so much shit and it still doesn't work
