Here's what I was recommended by a friend so far I don't have an amp for the sub, and I have a 4k budget but I don't have to use all of it, 2 + or - k is mine and 2k is my pap's. This was a few days ago though before I decided to use my own money. Not gonna buy it off of the site, I was just told to go there for reviews and specs.
