people make jokes about fi having a phone #. people on this forum say there is good reason there is not one. i dont get it. dd, si, jl , kicker.......... have it posted, why doesnt fi. email and forum support is one thing but you can get so much more accomplished in a 2min call. can someone give me a real reason.

Also, Fi has a small group of employees that are busy all day long custom building every sub to order. I dont think they want to answer 1000 phone calls a day asking if a BTL will be louder than they're homeboys JL's at school.
