What's the problem?

I got all my stuff hooked up. My sub hits every one second and it's not to the music. It's just a steady thump. What do you think?

I think you should list the gear and the ride first. Next I think that the sub amp is fubar.

Need MUCH more information before the problem can even begin to be troubleshot.

bad ground, or bad signals coming from the HU. possibly the crossover on the amp is set to low and only the really low low signals are making it to the sub.
